hi all
just wondering will a 4.5 litre 928 metering unit fit a 928 4.7 litre engine

thanks for the reply
dont know what you mean by the barn door,what i am tryiny to discribe is the fuel metering unit that goes to the injectors and MAF unit

Physically yes, it will fit. Not sure if the internals are the same.

Andre, he is talking about CIS (K-Jet).
ROW never got L-Jet therefor no barn door as he is in England.

We used the CIS unit from a US 79 ...and put it on a 83Euro S engine.... the part numbers were the same and the only diff between the units was an electrical connection on the euro unit that I believe was used for the fuel economy gauge...
