Many manufacturers have played with crank config to phase out the pulses: the Honda 1234 is real good but the 6 is better. The 8 in the 928 design is not so good and you run into the issues noted above.

Now messing w/the fuel maps and tuning w/STII may get the gains your looking for or bolt on a blower, bore out the block then turbo.

A thought though.....you can hardly keep rubber on the car as is "Me? Im just a lawnmower, you can tell me by the way I walk"
LOL Well in all fairness Malcolm, the rear tires had less then 1/2 on them at the beginning of the year, so I didn't do to bad.
I am kicking my *** though because I really wanted to take it for a spin this past weekend.

I would like to pull the engine again this winter to go over some things.
There are also a few simple mods and fixes, like that rad hose rubbing on the coil pact that I need to rectify.
Oh Ya,... some incorrectly mounted fan bracket and screws to fix that a buddy pointed out to me.

I still may go with a 200 shot NOS but it needs to be done right or not at all. I thought that the Electromotive system would ramp it up but it dose not look like it so I would still have to buy the expensive controller.

This winter I will spend more time on pod, seat, and window electrical and refubish the motors as they are starting to labor.

Oh ya Tires

Brad
