Does anyone know what CEP connector J25 goes to?

Does anyone know what CEP connector J25 goes to?
On a 1991 gt, I've found a small connector with two wires that is evidently abandoned.
I can't find a mate for it anywhere near the location ( above CEP by the ground point coming out of the big harness. )
After looking at the CEP it appears that this is the only red wire w/yellow stripe and it appears to go into j25 (j connector top right location looking at the panel)
It's got a red/yellow stripe wire and a brown/white stripe wire in the connector. It's also got a plastic sheathing like a window or sunroof switch. I've been searching for a while now and can't seem to find anything on it. My manuals were on my computer that died so I can't check them at the moment.
I'll try to get a pic up after my phone charges.

Wiper delay potentiometer, maybe, if it's really connected to J25... but it seems that you've found the connector quite a ways from where I'd expect it to be. I'm looking at the diagrams for my '90, though; this stuff might be different on your '91, though.
BTW, the wiring diagrams show YE/RE wire on J25, not RE/YE. Are you sure that the wire at the connector RE/YE and not YE/RE?

After taking a second look, I see that the wires going to the central electric lamp are color coded... BR/WH and RE/YE. And that's right about where you found the connector. This is shown on sheet 11 in the wiring diagrams for the '91; look around coordinates L/M-93.
