There is a bracket holding it down. Loosen the 13 mm bolt and take the bracket out.

Biggest one that fits. Mine is an 88AH, long and low profile. get one with covers over the poles to minimize chance of a short on the cover.

Browse the web, you will find all the data you need. The should be a std code for the correct size...MF66 for the short battery box (10.x"), MF88 for the earlier S type box(13.x") is what shows up here in OZ.

I got my battery at Fleet Farm which I think is the same as Farm & Fleet in your area. Seems to be holding up fine after 4+ years. Not a brand name but seems to be reliable.

Hey, I am checking farm and fleet and they have the size that I need. The silver seems to be the right size and seeing how I don't drive the 928 in the winter,(Truck ), I don't need the CCA's to be really high. And, it is not an arm and a leg !!! VERY GOOD CALL !!! Where in Wisconsin? I fish outside of Hayward every summer. Nelson Lake !! THANKS !!!!!!!!

My 928 resides outside Chilton, SW of Green Bay. I travel a fair amount for work so weekend errands are about the only time it gets out.

I can not recall the CCA on my battery but I thought it was decent and it gets pulled for the winter months anyway.
