Default 1980 928 idles rough and no power

have an 80 928 here that starts but will not idle. it will rev up but i cannot put a load on the engine. have checked fuel pressure coolant sensor was replaced. i was thinking the air flow meter? what else could cause these symptoms.

Take a look at your vacuum lines. I had a simliar issue. With mine it was the "plastic" caps that had popped of the throttle body.

Try this, run a hose down the AFM, and see if it starts.

Also look at your Temp II Sensor.
