1991 S4/GT at Dawydiak ...
Still looking for a manual '91-'94, <75k miles, with up-to-date maintenance, records, no crashes, and solid history ...
Does anybody know this car?
Or this dealer?
Thank you for your comments.

Don't know the car or the dealer, but it looks nice. Price is definitely full retail (and then some) though. With these cars, it's usually better to focus on condition rather than mileage (within reason). Personally, I would consider one of these GTSs before that GT:
This one has higher mileage, but is well known by some here and has had a ton of money invested into it from what has been posted:

This one is nice, if you like the color (I love it). It comes with a full service history. The dealer purchased it earlier this year in the low $20's, so you could probably talk the price down some.

Good luck with the hunt.

I believe that the car was listed on CL a few weeks ago for low $20's before the dealer bought it.

I have a good friend who has bought several porsches (911's) from this dealer. By all accounts sells some very nice cars. Though I have never dealt with him myself

This is only the third 928 I remember seeing here in the US with CarrAra (not: CarrEra) grey leather. A very rare marbelized leather option. Too bad the bolster of this one is a bit worn - I wonder, if this can be refinished.
This also means it's a leather car - meaning, everything but dash, console, and arm rests mus be leather. To the best of my knowledge there are no plastic pieces that Porsche made in a matching grey color.

I would also like to see the color code for the paint. Venitian blue was NOT a factory color in 1989. This would have had to be a special order color in 1989, or it is a different blue. With the unique leather though, anything is possible.

There is a 1991 S4 here in town that is Venetian Blue with Classic grey dash and light grey seats and carpet. Apparently, Porsche would allow dealers to order "old colors", or make cars in "old colors", if they were ordered ahead of time.

Doh ... thanks for putting up the link to this '91 GT.
I'm in Texas, would anyone in San Francisco be interested in looking at this car and giving me their $0.02?
Does anyone know a good PPI guy in San Francisco near Dawydiak? I think Bauer in Oakland might be too far away, I'll check with them.
Thanks again

After looking at the color charts, I believe this car might not be Venetian Blue, but rather Baltic Blue - a color available in 89 and 90 that looks very similar to Venetian Blue.
