I just bought one, haven't played with it at all yet, but some of the tool guys at Garage Journal say they are great, and sounds like a tool well suited to the 928.
LoadPro test leads.
Looks like a normal set of test leads for a DMM, except for a very fat red probe with a button. Leave the button alone and it works just like normal test leads. Press the button and it draws about 0.5 amp current as a load.
How it works in practice.
Pull the plug off the device that isn't working right, set the meter to volts, and touch the cupped end of the probe tip thats made to sit on the pin in the connector and measure the voltage. If the voltage looks good, press the button down for a few seconds loading the circuit. If the voltage drops more than a TINY amount, something has a bad connection, corrosion, between the pin and the battery, keep testing the circuit toward the battery.
I bought mine from www.Tooltopia.com for $48. Various others sell it for a bit more, most places also offer a bundle with a book on electrical testing many like.

Good stuff! More than a few times I've placed a wiggy in parallel with a DMM to get the same effect when testing switched circuits. Having the resistance built into the leads means less juggling of the temporary "load".
