86 S/c lifter noise on start up cold

I have noticed this on the last few times I started the car to move it from the garage to place the 80 on the lift.
Ticking from Drivers rear it goes away after a short drive. Is it possible I am not driving this enough and just pulling in and out of the garage is causing this?

Could be oil check valve (WSM 17-10)
Probably is oil drain plugs degraded under cam bridge seal.
