Here is a hint. tell the adjust that "IF" they are going to total it, then they need to reimburse you for the last 2 years worth of work done to the car... I'm sure you can find enough reciepts to "talk" them out of totaling it...... also have reciepts for any "upgrades" to the car for the same period.
