Default Elec connector question and IAT

928 Guru's --I am using for my modded SC 996 a 928 what looks like a fuel injector connector and has brown/gray and red/green (2) wires and am using it for the IAT sensor of my inter-cooler on my 996 and was wondering which wire is considered the plus + wire. When I check the IAT with blow dryer and meter the resistance changes either way it is hooked up?

IAT = intake air temperature? If so, I don't think polarity matters as is just a thermistor. The resistance changes proportionally with temperature, so you apply a constant voltage on one side and read the voltage drop and thereby determine the resistance and hence the temperature.
