Default Spider removal

I need to change plugs and wires along with new fuel injector rubber and gaskets
(thank you Roger). I would like to remove the rails and intake manifold
not just for ease of replacing everything but in need of cleaning the crud that is in the valley. My fuel lines are new, so Ok there.
What am I in for? What should I watch out for. I have looked through past post
and I can't seem to find anything regarding a 16v
