Roger and Jim are sleeping. I'm enjoying a nice bottle of vino the wife had delivered to the room. I'd post a pic but on the iPad.

Coming in bright and early to survey the wreckage..running hot, crooked sunroof, and all....But at least the LSD diff doesn't sound like someone is being stretched on the rack, the plugs and wires are new and so is the oil and trans filter/fluid. I'm obviously not taking a run at the concourse / beauty points tomorrow...
;-)

Anyone shopping? I hate chrome...11s, whow.....whups, forgot to check backspacing, too:

Sorry about the album post. Too tired to post each picture separately.

This has been a fantastic couple of days. Thanks to all those that put it together and it has been a pleasure to meet those in person that I've talked to for years on here. Looking forward to OCIC and the next Frenzy.

Fraggle made out like a rock star, wheelin' and dealin' with Bob Budd (Classic 9 Leather) for a matching set, dash & pod, in black leather/black alcantera.
You should've seen the smile on his face!

I made my first purchase with Bob as well, after years and years of being his favorite non-customer, customer. A handshake was in order.
...And he let me take his new-to-him Cayenne Turbo for a spin. Saweet!

I had a great time parts-picking thru all the fantastic parts Dave and Jeannie brought with. Found all kinds of goodies!
DR, great to see the fire in yer belly. Man, I can't believe we stayed up THAT late shootin' the ****!
You two are awesome!

Don Taylor gave me some really cool old brochures AND the early 928 Service Information book! ...All 161 pages of serious information! AND elect. schematics. HUGE! Thanks DonT.

Roger and the Texas flood, great to see ya'll again! And HUGE thanks to Roger for offering to sponsor my #1 928 restoration.

It just doesn't end!

On the way home, I get a call from Hans Lapine (Kundensport) expressing interest in restoring #1. And we had a great talk about 928's all around. Too cool!

And then I get home to find Carlos H. (Herrnadez) had sent me Car Styling Quarterly #19, with great photos of #6 plastered all over it!

Then I bought 6 NLA NOS Bosch CIS injectors on ebay for $10 each. These things are $60 new, if you can fine 'em!

This was just one of those serendipitous 928 days, all around.

The Frenzy planning team really pulled together a great party! Well done guys!!
...and thanks for letting me crash.

And great to all you 928 friends, new and old! This event is nothing without you.
Safe travels today.

Now that I'm awake, I'd like to repeat my thanks to all our sponsors!!!

928 Owners Club
Piedmont Tire
928 Specialists
928s-r-us
Classic 9 Leather

Big kudo's to Rixter and Gary for the tech sessions, Bruce for the fun run, JP and Richard for the shirts and Greg N for the registration logistics. Hope I didn't forget anyone there because a lot of people helped to pull this off.
17 928's and 2 others took advantage of Piedmont's discount on the BG induction cleaning service and left the event with cars running crisper than when they got there.

Hope everyone got enough lunch because the Panera people came through and delivered 3 separate times without a fuss.

Great to see the old friends and make some new ones!
