If I had one less 928 I'd be talking to the seller of the 81 in the OP and buying it - assuming it has MOT and drives well enough to be driven to the docks by my preferred pickup agent. Sadly I have to sit on my hands until I sell one more 928, but this is the best early RHD car I've seen for sale in a couple of years.

Funky interior colour is bonus points - too many modern cars are just dull, designed to appeal to the broad market, and have lost the character, as Mike says above.

 

that's the reason why I was looking at it; early manual, no sunroof.

There is 78 manual, no sunroof, no spoiler, no side moulding, manual Pascha interior that was for sale in Linconshire I am trying to see what happened to.

But then there is that 5700 Sterling 1990 GT near me for sale. I know daydreaming - I should really finish the one that is in my garage.

 

You could always dye/paint some of the plastic, dash, center, and arm rests on the doors black to tone down the green a little bit...

 

I actually like it. I've always wanted an all green (inside and out) 928, but that's just me
