Since several years I have noticed the asked price for good used 928´s in Germany has had the tendency to rise. The asking price for this 1990 Strosek car must be a record, it is well over $ 70K. Where will it end?

Part of it is the exchange rate. The $ is very weak right now - around $1.45 per Euro.
But yes, it's still a high price. I guess there aren't very many good ones left.

Prices have clearly gone up in past year or two. Try to find any condition manual GTS under 20k euros or early '78 for under 10k. Its difficult now. Two years ago I could have bought cobolt blue '95 manual for 16k euros but that kind of deals have dissapeared. Now is high time to get good stuff out of market. This is new direction:

There is another Strosek car for sale in Germany about the same year and miles. What is justifying the huge price difference of almost E. 30K ($ 43K)? A friend of mine was in Germany picking up a 1990 S4 Strosek car a couple of months ago. He paid only about $ 13K for the car. Of course the condition of the car is not the best (paint job needed) but anyhow.

Here in Sweden I can find a 1979 928 4,5L for sale price appr. $ 5K and a 1992 GTS automatic priced appr. $ 20K. These are acceptable prices.

What does the 385hp Strosek kit consist of?
I know what the Kit for the Original Strosek Version I / II / III was, I suppose this is different?
