Default Temp switch intake pipe, oil temperature switch torque converter and the fan control

I am slowly working my way through the electrical systems on my car and trying to return everything to factory.

On my car I have two brown and blue wires which have been disconnected from the fan control unit next to the passenger seat.

According to the wiring diagrams these wires connect to the temp switch intake pipe and oil temperature switch torque converter.

What, where are these items and what is the effect of them being disconnected from the fan control unit?

Any help would be gratefully received.
