My favorite color. This car is well priced imo and should be purchased by a 928 enthusiast so it will continue to be maintained at a very high level.

What a great car to have as a DD. Wish I could find a way to get another. I'd put the 90 up for sale and use this as my new DD.

Great looking car. Price is right.
My chin spoiler was pulled down in the middle like that when I got my car. Plastic had 'memory' for that position and it was scratched up anyway, so I had to replace it, $550 from Porsche.

I look at this car compared to my 88, and I just don't think that the difference between the two is worth $32K of difference in the price. I hope somebody buys it, though.

after last car not been a fan of the off colors of the early 90's cause of resale issues, but notwitstanding....this 92 gts with about the same mileage (52,000km) 1 owner all service records since new, 2.1million jpy ( about US$26k pre negotiation, so say 23k)

this 1 turquoise over black about the same 35,000mi., 1 owner all records held..2.8million jpy
http://www.carsensor.net/usedcar/det...ml?TRCD=200002
this 1 has bit more mileage...nice color, all records...little better than 2.3 million jpy....

2 others on the block here. i mean can't you import, what's that in a container to the usa about 3k?
not sure what your regs there are, but into canada basically anything over 15yrs old is fair ball territory....even with strong yen seems the prices
there are out of sight?
wasn't gts a "global edition" like most porsche....or was usa spec gts different than euro spec (which is the ones here in japan).

All GTS are virtually same except usual market specific differencees like LHD vs RHD, km's vs miles, US vs ROW model etc.
Its almost impossible to find under 50k miles driven cheap GTS in Europe. Most original German etc cars have at least 100k and many have 150k. Prices for under 50k miles GTS start at around 30k euros which is around $40k. So prices in Europe are maybe little lower than in US but cars have also had tougher life. Most have been driven hard on autobahn in all kinds of weather including winter. For US buyers prices can seem a lot cheaper in Europe but most cars are in a lot worse condition than average US model.
Japan is really the place to get 928's. There are only two problems. There are very few manual gearbox cars available and in many European countries taxes make price even higher. For US buyer there is additional problem of not being able to import cars from abroad unless one is willing to pay $10-20k for conversion.

Simple explanation is; the mileage readings on the vehicle history report are errors just as the recorded 3 owners is also incorrect. The car was not driven 48,000 miles between 1999 and 2000 nor was it driven 230,000+ miles between 1999 and 2002. These reporting services are only reliable to a point and errors happen pretty regularly. They are only as good as the people inputting the data.......

Yeah, but my GTS is Amazon green.
Owning 2 Porsche's in this color it is usually unappreciated by most. I was skeptical until I owned one and realized how many colors it changes. Looks best in bright light and almost black in low light. I really wanted the US GTS in Cobalt it was a shame it got chopped up for parts. What can you say if you want a rare color 5 speed there just aren't too many options to choose from.
If this car had a 5 speed, no rub strips and an interior other than classic gray I would consider trading my 65k mile 93 in for it.

Chuck...now here is one I have never owned since it is a one owner !!!! LOL... As for the Auto-Check..it seems it happens alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the time !!And it is ALWAYS at an inspection station or DMV station where they have these idots making $2.00 an hour not doing their job right !!With the other documents and personal history you have, it will be NO problem and by looking at how clean the car is,it should stand on it's own with NO problem anyway !! Good luck my friend !!
