Default 928 content in Heavy Hitters magazine

Hope this isn't an Enzo but search does not work on my iPad.

Was at Barnes & Noble and saw the latest issue of Heavy Hitter Magazine and it had a spread that included a collection of 928s including the Bob Devore "highwayman" car. The collection was owned by a young African American guy named Martin in So Cal. Anyone know this collection?

Again? Must have been a reprint as this came up a while back. Do a search on 'Maverick'.

The text of the article said it was a follow up showcasing a new, larger garage.

When a guy actually steals another guys car...yea, not much love for a crook like that! Probably does not actually have a REAL title on many if any of the cars he is pictured with... From my understanding of threads about this guy here anyway...

Not an adult magazine, it is the magazine version of MTV Cribs.

This piqued my curiosity so I did look up the old threads and checked the internets for more about this character. Looks like this guy has a number of names and the wiki associated with the Maverick Marsalis name is so far fetched it Is hilarious

Google zia nation syndicate and it comes up with www.thefullwiki.org/Maverick_Marsalis which is worth a read.

Obviously written by the man himself. Funny how he accidentally switches from third to first person. I've seen this autobiography somewhere else before.

Wow, I read it and talk about delusions of grandeur... Just a quick fact check will show that his recollection (yes this write up was by Marsalis) of his Spielberg meeting must have been slightly off. Spielberg released Saving Private Ryan to DVD late 1999. Per his story he was "advising" Spielberg in "99" to embrace DVD. That would be about like me advising John Glenn to give that orbit around the globe a try.
What a dingle nut lying character that guy is.

If he wrote that it sure is an indictment on The University of Texas' ability to teach basic English composition.

He may have missed a cliche' or two, but it wasn't for lack of trying.

"Harvard The John F. Kennedy School of Business

MBA , Business 1992 — 1995"

I guess he couldn't decide between HBS and the Kennedy School of Government when he was picking out his education background, so he combined them. Maybe that's why it took him three years to earn his "MBA".
