It will be interesting to see if/how the hurricane affects the GP. Baltimore will mostly get water from this, and a ton of it (8"+ of rain predicted, plus 4-8' storm surge). The Inner Harbor is below sea level; very New Orleans of us. My house, fortunately, is 311 feet above sea level, one of the highest points in Baltimore. But the track is basically at the Harbor, and thus might be under water for a while.

Cup Central for the weekend will be the Cat's Eye Pub in Fell's Point.
http://catseyepub.com/index.htm
We have accepted the pub owner 's request to have on display in front of the pub last year's 944 Cup MidAtlantic Champs #3 car on display Friday and Saturday. Plus the Cup girls will be at the pub in force on Saturday from 2 pm to 10pm.
And, free drinks for Cup drivers and crew wearing a 944 Cup shirt or hat on Saturday

UPDATE:
Zone2.pca.org
Zone2.pca.org
the baltimore grand prix organization has modified their original schedule as follows:
From jason schiavone, account executive, corporate partnership, baltimore grand prix:
“our priority is to keep as many guests satisfied, comfortable and happy, as possible. We'd like to keep car corral traffic to a minimum but will permit participants to enter and exit as noted in the previous email (see below), or as necessary.
We have only two access ways into the car corral paddock (lot c). One of these two access ways is turn 8 and so obviously will not be able to be used for car corral entrance/exit. The other entrance is at the southeast corner of the lot and is only two narrow lanes. Both of these lanes will be used for entrance in the morning, so it will be difficult to filter any cars out, whom might want to leave (not that any one would be leaving in the morning, anyway). Once the majority of cars are in the lot, we'll likely open one lane for cars to leave, as necessary. The same scenario will apply in the evening; both lanes will likely be used for cars to leave the lot, if there's a rush of cars wanting to leave at the same time (perhaps after the final track session friday or the final race saturday or sunday?). Once the majority of cars have exited, one lane should be re-opened for entrance, should anyone want to come back in the lot. Outside of this, i believe cars will essentially be able to come and go as necessary, though we'd like to keep traffic at a minimum. The lot will, still, close at 11pm to all traffic; no entering or exiting until the following morning”.
Original message/schedule:
Corral parking
corral parking pass holders may park their cars in the car corral paddock thursday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Then the these times will apply: Friday, saturday, sunday car corral entrance – 6 am to 8 am and noon to1

the car corral will be locked at 11 pm
cars will be permitted to remain in the paddock over night if they have the necessary credential and sticker on their car to be allowed in the paddock the following day. (these will be provided at corral)
car corral parade laps (no changes here)
car corral parade laps will be first thing saturday morning 7 am
club member interested in participating should be in the lot as early as possible, lined up and ready to roll at 7am. The car corral paddock will open at 5 am
additional event information including the porsche platz schedule, track map, car corral, traffic plan, race schedule, tickets
and changes and updated to above schedule will be posted to:

Psyched to wash my car this AM... but it's raining! Just a light sprinkle that should pass soon, I hope. I'll be there at noon, sporting a 928 Specialists shirt from SITM. Represent!
