Baffle plate utility
What is the baffle plate utility on our car?
Mine does not have any right now. Probably remove by the PO.
Should I put some or leave it like that?

They are standard on S4 and up. As Ducman82 said they direct air from the "duct" in the S4 spoiler into the brake rotor for cooling. I would get some if you like to drive in a "spirited" fashion.
