Had a similar rubbing problem crop up on my SPG when going to 16"s from 15s. Bump stops from a 900 Turbo convertible (actually, the thicker washers they come with) did the trick. Are all 928 bump stops created equal?

Update: just ordered the 19x10s (before they go the way of the do-do). If these work, attn GTS owners (or brave souls who want to fit the 11s to their rides): the 19x11s will be available here at a deep discount, and Tire Rack still has plenty of the 19x8.5 fronts (et54) available.

The new Fender Roller that 928OC just got will be at Frenzy this weekend, and Gary Knox will be demo-ing it.
If you haven't done yours yet, you might be able to get your car in there. At the very least you'll get the details on how to borrow it

Awesome. Unfortunately, I'll need the latter. I'm out of town for Frenzy this year. Brother-in-law is getting married, and I'm in the wedding. Yeah, I should probably be there. (Actually, it should be a lot of fun; just hoping you guys take lots and lots of photos like you usually do).
