The Car You Should Of Never Sold Before or After Your 928

Mine was a 1957 Chevy 210 two door in two tone blue. It had a 265 V8 and I sold it when it started to smoke too much. Also it didn't have AC, and I needed that since I had gotten married to my first wife. I traded the car for a 1964 Chevy Impala which was a piece of $s!t. I should have kept the 57, put a new motor in it and aftermarket AC , and I might even still have it. That wife didn't turn out any better than the 64.
It was so long ago that I don't have a picture of it. I don't think they even had cameras back then.

Y'all are going to think I'm nuts, but I really regret selling my '89 Honda Civic DX hatchback in 2000. It was my first new car ($8700), kept it in great shape, sold for $2800 11 years later. Pet-rock reliable, 30+ mpg, ice cold A/C in Houston, held an entire band PA system with the rear seats down. Started my love of hatchbacks.... ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
The day I sold it:

Long ago:1969 DeTomaso Mangusta= the best looking, worst built car of it's era.
Another dumb move- had a '64 Corvette z06 Coupe with j56 brakes ( 1 of 29)& leather
that I bought when apart- sold before re assembly to buy the goose.

Wish I had kept this one 1980 Toyota Celica Sunchaser ( griffith conversion ) #1984 of less than 2000 made. 34000 original miles, 5 speed and all original paint. Last I heard she was living in Little Rock.

Of course then there was my 1964 Porsche 2000GS aka Porsche Carerra 2 with the 587/1 4-cam engine.
If I still had that one it would be worth somewhere north of $100K.

Probably my C5 FRC. Great car and I think my WIFE misses it more than I do. Really didn't make much on the sale for the 928, but I couldn't keep one and have the other. REALLY miss those Kinesis K58's though!
