I've found a site that lists the boots - in Ukraine... Can't work out how to order though.
http://bummax.com/index.php?option=c...id=43&Itemid=7
The code on the boot is 030 0002 103 009, although this is listed without the spaces, the second item in the list.

Or, try:
A1 Motor Stores
Tel: 01202 744244
293 Ashley Rd, Poole, Dorset, BH14 9DZ
They sell several sizes, the ones you need are:
For the suspension ball joints, the largest ones they sell, marked "1TR" on the inside and "C R" on the outside, overall diameter 48mm
For the steering joints, the second largest, marked "09-193-6", overall diameter 41mm.

TBH the upper A arm boot is much more important that the lower, as the lower ball joint is at least available separately, unlike the upper.

With a little help I beleive we have found a replacement set of the Audi boot and spring clips.
As soon as it arrives I will report back.

Does it have the "Do It Yourself" manual transmission, or the superior "Fully Equipped by Porsche" Automatic Transmission?
