Default HVAC Blower issue

Ok, so I have noticed that when I am under any kind of acceleration the blower motor goes almost off (little to no air coming through the vents). However when not accelerating, it works like a champ.

Thoughts?

Probably leaking diaphragm or two in the HVAC system, combined with a faulty vacuum check valve. Look on the vacuum brake booster and find the little black and blue vacuum check valve. Note which way it is installed, then pull it off, and try to blow thru it. You should be able to blow freely in one direction, and not at all in the other. They have gotten expensive - you can sometimes clean them with a solvent.

If you go to our web site, then the tips and links area, then Wally's World, then the HVAC area, you will find a tech paper that will give you info on checking the vacuum system.
