valid points....

I guess I have always wanted a real "Euro"......they just are COOL......

The Estate has been a GREAT car.....hard to argue with its speed vs cost factor.....its good reliability is just a HUGE bonus.... Since March 2010 when we installed this engine it has only broken down twice, one was an easy fix, the other was a dead alternator that I should have seen coming....

Cutting off the estate would be VERY easy......then its a decision of leaving the blank hole......fabricating something out of DOM.....or cutting up an old 928 from 928intl......

Does not seem like it would be hard to back it up to 928 shape, at least not in the overall scope of the work you do to that car.
Next, you may be thinking of more power. I'm not sure this is necessary or will really help without better tires, but if you do want more power the first steps is clearly Euro S heads and MSDS headers. You should be able to get into both of these pretty cheap. Let me know if you cannot find a good price on a set of Euro S heads.
This "halloween" aspect is getting old fast...........

Hi Brian,

I just sent you a PM about a 86.5 tub/shell I have. You can have it for free. Maybe you could transfer your current setup and find a euro motor down the road. Let me know if you have any interest.

Paul
