I have a set of front brake rotors I just took off my '89 S4 manual track car. They both have microcracks, and one of them has a crack about 3/4" long that extends to the edge (Rt side). It is not an open crack, just an extended microcrack - as far as I can tell. They have moderate wear - thickness is about 30.5 - 31 mm. WSM spec is 30 mm minimum, new is 32 mm.

Before I take them to the local metal recycler, I thought I'd make them available to a 928 Owners Club or Rennlister. If you are interested, here are the terms:

1. Send me an e-mail directly and I'll respond with pictures of the two rotors

2. If you want them, the first person to commit will be given the option to obtain them.

3. IF you are a 928 OC member, the rotors are free, but I'm asking you to pay the shipping. I think I can get them in a USPS flat rate large box, so shipping is about $16 ($17 if paying by PayPal). I honestly can't rationalize international shipping on these, unless you insist, and pay the full cost.

4. IF you are not a 928 OC member, the cost for the rotors is $29.28 (the cost of an annual membership - so JOIN!!!), plus the cost of shipping. I'd honestly rather have you join than make the payment to me.

If no one wants them within the next 5 days (by Monday 7/4), I'll make them available to 944 turbo guys before I scrap them.
