That would be a great car for someone. Hell the FP issue could be as simple as a relay! I doubt they checked any of that out! Someone will steal this car for $2500 I bet! If it were an Auto that person would be ME!

Ad like that on CL is IMHO a waste of time. If you need to sell something FAST you can't sit around waiting for offers, you need to state a price or put it on ebay without a reserve.

Would have been David Lloyd who used to do the work and he knows his way around 928s..... And yes it could be as simple as a relay....

Come see it and make us an offer. I mean, WTF, considering you have almost $10k in the car, and the car is not even worth $3k, do you want to take around $500 or a $1000? how about posting a frieking price and add these acronyms behind it "OBO"?

I think it is clear that if you are interested and serious, you should "make an offer." How you arrive at a number is up to you. Is his desperation a "come on"? Will there be knashing of teeth? Another round of popcorn.

i suggested a possible buyer, but the owners responded that as of yesterday afternoon (6/29), the car was sold.
