Rubber pad mounts to inside of 1st firewall (between airbox and engine).
If it had 2 more holes they would be for a/c lines on engine side of the expansion valve.
Short hose is on bottom, it goes to the heater valve.
Long hose goes to long heater/water pipe that runs down passenger side fender.
