Default Overheating idling & hard starting

My Euro-S CIS model overheats if idling for 15 minutes, any ideas, runs fine when in motion. Also hard starting, you have to keep cranking until the engine begins to flutter & gradually smooths out to a good idle, any ideas on these two problems?

check the fan clutch its prolly ready for a shot of silicone oil. for the running you might have a bad check valve in the pump oir the accumulator is leaking internally
