I am not sure yet....depends on a number of things. It has automatic braking which starts to lock up after 10 miles or so. Pulled the vacume line off the booster and no more dragging just rather hard pedal . Have not tried to smog it yet but passed 6 months ago.

Likely it doesn't have ABS so that simplifies matters some.

Ya know Jim, folks 'round here don't take kind to those actor movie star types flaunting their wealth in our faces. ![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Thats a beauty JB. Does it have a sunroof? hard to tell from the pix
If the Brake booster is the cause thats great... BUT
I would guess someone probably mixed synthetic fluid into the MC reservoir this will cause that issue as well
best to rebuild all the rubber parts as they have swollen and thus not releasing properly,
I have fixed a few cars with this problem,
new master,
new caliper seals,
and stainless flex brake hoses cured it.
also inspect/replace the proportioning valve screwed into the ABS unit if it has one,
you may find it gummed up pretty bad
