Default Double checking a TQ value

Im using Andrews TQ chart and just want to double check for peace of mind..
87 s4 auto

the single bolt(SHOWN) that goes INTO the cam shaft itself is tq'd to 48 ft/lbs....correct.

AS far as i can tell there is no loctite...or any other treatment to the threads or area,.

Yes, 48 ft lbs. Dry. You don't want any lubricant between the hex washer and the face of the cam gear. (I guess you could put a little HHS-2000 on the tip of the threads if you like...)
