Radiator Fan Controller Issues (The hobby just keeps getting better)
OK, Maybe a question for Alan.....
But, here we go.
Brief history.
Rebuilt the fan motors last year. New brushes etc. all seemed well.
Ok, maybe they were a little louder than before, but working well..
Then, passenger side ceased operations with no prior notification.
Logically, and if history is anything to go by, I screwed up the rebuild...no new surprises here.
Tonight after resolving the fuel issues, I began looking at this problem.
With the car not running, the key to the "On" position and the AC button engaged, the driver's side runs as one might expect. No activity on the passenger side though.
As the driver's side seems to cycle to a lower setting briefly every so often, there is a short power pulse to the passenger side on power-down only and only twice, for less than a second each. (Used 12V Test Light for the diagnosis).
Other than that, no power feed at all.
Checked the search, and seems to be a controller issue, so I pulled it, and cleaned the board with DeOxit, and reassembled.
No Change.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated here.
Thanks!

first check the fuses for the fans,
then check the 2 small red wires connected at the battery terminal.
Also check the connectors at the fans if any are burned or brown then the connection is dirty.
There was also a post on here about someone replacing the resistors in the fan controller , complete with pictures and part numbers
