Tornado in Western MA
The area devastated by today's Tornado is also the home of our fellow 928 owners Dave Tassinari, Stan Shaw, and possibly a few others.
Let's hope they are unharmed, and we will hear of them soon.
In the meantime, please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Thanks, Nicole; I was going to post regarding this, as well. They did report tornado sightings and damage, although no confirmed touch-down, in Wilbraham, as multiple waves of storms rolled through.
At the very least, I'm sure they have people and property to check on, and could be without power.
Hoping damage to property is minimal and harm to them and their loved ones is nil.
I'm from Texas and have lived up here since 1994; a tornado once every couple of years does happen in MA, but I don't recall multiple outbreaks in the same day, that's more like Texas...

Thank you for your concern.
There is a lot of damage all around us but both the business and our house escaped untouched. We have no power at home and from what I hear it may be out for a couple more days.
And now the sad news for you car folks......
Three weeks ago we bought Flo a Mercedes CLS 550. Everyone in her office building was herded into the basement while her new car was out in the lot getting pelted by hail. It's only a car, but .....

Thanks for checking in, Dave; glad the impact wasn't too great. If I can be of assistance this weekend for anyone near to you or Stan, let me know and I'll drive out.

Hi Dave:
Thanks for the update! I'm glad you, Flo, and Stan are well, and the damage is limited to a car (even though it's a very nice one).
Hope you get power back soon!

After giving the car bath, the damage is much more apparent. We put the claim in but I don't expect much to happen for a while. The insurance business is reeling from damage claims and our agent's office doesn't even have power back yet. We are leaving for Daytona tonight so maybe all will be back to normal when we return.
Here's a car pic.....awesome car BTW. 380 something HP, Flo's ride has more HP than my GT
