Default Gauge translation...German to English

I have a 79 Euro OB and have 2 questions regarding the gauges.

1. Is there anyone out there that can help me out with a picture of English Gauges so that I can translate to what's in my car.

2. When I turn the key on all of the lights on the gauges come on dim and stay that way. I fixed some wiring in the engine bay, but have not been able to run the car to see if this is a condition that will go away when it's running.

I am tackling electrical problems as they come...

Thanks for the help.

Josh, search-out a post by AO, maybe in the SITM thread.

In his signature line are links to PDF's of operating manuals for most of the model years.

I think you can cross reference from them to your car!

@ landseer, I didn't know if they were exact copies, ie same words in the same locations...etc.

@ dogleg, I will try to get a pic up in a little bit, not at home right now, but will be soon...

thanks for the help guys.
