Are you guys replacing/rebuilding the disks or just changing out release and pilot bearings?

Joey, that's good news. Fairly easy replacement, make sure fragments are all out.

Brian, I think it just depends on the condition of the parts. If yours is making bearing noise, nothing wrong with just removing the clutch pack, replacing the bearings, wipe it all down, and clean and lubricate as directed in WSM.
You could buy the bearings only, take it apart and show some pictures, replace the rest if necessary.

If your discs aren't into the rivets and the 4 steel contact surfaces are fairly flat and not gouged, then replacement wouldn't be required. Clutch discs wear very slowly. Rule of thumb for other cars is replace all, since its so hard to get to. Here access is easier.

Be sure to use the right lube on the splines.

Thanks guys,

Yeah I was so relieved to see the arm clanking ball around in the cup area. Now I just have to wait a month for the clutch pedal spring to come in.

At least she doesnt need a clutch, Whew.
