Default Instrument panel flex circuit p/n

I have an 80 Euro with the usual dash guage/light problems. Can anyone tell me the difference between the two p/n 's I find listed for the flex circuit (that is NLA) 928.614.939.00 and 928.614.939.00ESZ ? Well, besides the obvious that one has "ESZ" at the end...

928 614 939 00 was used in some late 78 car and through to 81. It is still available $278.34 is my price. Used to be less than $100 about 6 months ago.
928 614 939 00 ESZ is not in the latest copy of PET but is still in the Porsche price list at a price of $56. I am pretty sure that what ever it was is not available.
