Gorgeous '89 GT at the First Settlers DE at VIR this weekend. Talked to the owner a bit, walked away and farg if I did not forget his name. Hopefully somebody here can pipe up and remind me, I'll edit appropriately. He is from NC.
With any luck he is a Rennlister and will jump in and give more details. As you can see from the pics, the car is stunning...

Not many '89 GT's around that still have their Clubsports. Very nice.

Ed signed up for our DE intro session on Saturday (First Settlers PCA Spring DE). It's a one session, $50 deal that gives folks the opportunity to try DE w/o committing to the whole 3 days. They get a class and a full session on track with an instructor, kinda like a single-session Green group.
It's also good for stretching a car's legs a bit - Sam Gassel came out for that session with his Sunoco RSR replica, which was featured in a recent issue of Excellence mag.
It was great to see a shark out there. We don't see many at our events.
