I just called Roger and said, send me the complete intake refresh. Everything I needed showed up. Figure on spending a grand or so not counting powder coating.

Yup.
Make sure there are two of these:
928 106 167 01
..you will need ONE under the heater outlet from the back of the head on the pass side, and ONE under the block off plate that you end up loosening up (cracking the gasket) on the drivers side.
I believe..that was the ONLY thing I was short, and I suggested he add that 2nd gasket to his list.

Thanks Gus..
Roger is working on the list for me now. Contemplating also putting in some of the reently recommended 19lb injectors as well... Thoughts?

Kenny,
Are you going with the 19lb Ford injectors, or sending the current ones off to WitchHunter http://www.witchhunter.com for testing and refurb?
Have you considered the Ford 24lb injectors and a Sharktune instead since you have already started modifying the exhaust?

Would prefer to go ahead and order the parts needed instead of sending off in order to avoid downtime...

agreed... This is gonna be enough of a project (and expense!) all by itself. Still contemplating on doing the new silicone hoses in red or black...

Heck, buy the Ford injectors, put them in while you send your origionals off to be rebuilt. When they come back, if you are not satisfied with the Ford ones, replace with your now rebuilt ones. They are very easy once you have done it a time or two.
