Default US 85 versus 86 32V engine harness difference?

Looking in PET, there are separate part numbers for the USA 85 and 86 32V engine harnesses that connect the alternator, starter, 14-pin connector etc.

85: 928 607 002 01
86: 928 607 002 10

They also have different pricing - so they're at least $60 different. The question is, what else is different between them?

I ask as I've ended up with a US '85 harness and want to know whether its plug-and-play useable on an '86 32V engine (Aussie 86's are also the 32V engine).

I figured there'll be people here with 85's who'd like to know too, as the 86 harness is cheaper.

In the time honoured tradition of answering one's own posts.. I found this tech bulletin.

Seems Porsche moved one of the pins in the harness' 14-pin connector. $60 for that?

Anyone aware of any other changes?
