Default Door Switch

Does anyone know how to access the passenger side door switch (plunger) ? Thanks in advance. T

Just unscrew it. Don't yank when you get it loose, or you could pull the wire off. They need cleaning occasionally.

The switch (plunger) is not there, just the mounting hole. The outer nut must have come loose and the switch fell in (I preume) T

There is no "nut" involved - what looks like a nut on the outside is the body of the switch.

Replacing it will involve getting a new switch, then finding the wire down inside the body, fishing it out and hooking it to the new switch.
