I understand from the help I've had, that the 90's seem particularly prone to this.

One of the reasons I replaced the sheared unit with a 25mm shaft and the Super Bearings and Clamp from Black Sea.

That is good info to have, another reason to switch to a 25 MM when doing superbearings.
