Washing the car the other day, I noticed a mystery wire hanging under the car near the front driver fender (Bottom).

So I carefully pull back the fender liner, and Inside i see a mechanical object of some type, and two wires (which were disconnected). I believe one was brown, and one was black/white stripe. They both had female connectors on them however they were disconnected.

Anyone have a clue what these wires are for?

FWIW a friend says these are probably side marker wire lights, possibly for euro side marker lights. I dont know but my side marker lights are not operating (Except for the rear passenger side light.).

Any help given would be appreciated.
