Wow it looks great. Only thing we need now is footage of it chasing another 928.

Love the car, but if it were a "REAL" German police car why would it say "POLICE" and "HIGHWAY PATROL" in English?! LOL! It may well belong to the police for display and community type work, but I doubt if it is actually used in LE instances. Though it would be the police car I would want to drive for sure!

...And to think how I was chastised about the thought of using Camaro seats...

No, not real at all Would have said "Polizei", and been white/green or white/blue. But it's a nice car!

It was posted earlier with a link to the For Sale add....the fake CHP stuff is all vinyl wrap and peels right off leaving an all black 928. The headlight treatment just looks weird to me and why ??

These days, German Police leases their cars - at least most of them. They are usually silver colored, are wagons, and have strong but efficient turbo diesel engines. Then they add the Police decals (vinyl wrap), light bars, gun holders, etc. At the end of the lease, the cars are converted back to stock and sold by the leasing company.

I haven't seen one with green decals in a long time - looks like they completely switched to blue.

^^^ Yes, that's because many of us don't want to drive SUVs at 200 km/h on the Autobahn; yet, we like to have a car that's flexible to support our lives...
