See a professional upholstery man, whatever the covering - the fact you are asking tells me you have a simialr skill level to me in this area. I had a very tired full leather interior in mine, until I left it with a specialist for a few weeks (and a few $1000), now its just stunning. See P110 of Brian Long book - white/white/white.
