Default Vac/Pressure Line Help 1980 US

MY1980 US M28/13

I am replacing all of my vacuum and fuel pressure hoses and have a couple of questions about the below picture.

I replaced the two lines in the photo with silicone ones. I cannot remember where the two where going, but the third "old one" goes to the TB (ran out of silicone 10mm). There is also a 10mm line going to the TB on the other side of the motor. I will be pulling the intake manif. to get at these.

The existing lines all had clamps, and I just want to make sure I am correct in assuming these are vacuum lines to the throttle body and not pressure lines of some sort. They are definitely going to the base of the TB (only one side pictured).

If the one "old line" and two "10mm silicone lines" pictured are indeed vacuum lines, even though it is a larger diameter than most lines (if 10mm is even the correct size), is a clamp necessary or even bad for silicone?

Thanks in advance for your help.
