Drained the diff and trans found pieces of what look like roller bearing cage, would like opinions please,but only if you know what you are talking about. also when i drained the trans i only got about 1 and 1/4 quarts, does not look good, thanks in advance,Ray

wops, first pic is drain plug from diff next two are trans, you can see one pc beside the plug and 3 or 4 more on the plug, Thank you,Ray

Looks pretty normal for a box that didn't get any oil changes.

SeanR,would you flush it and drive it or pull it out? 4 pcs .025 thick,maybe a good excuse to buy a scope? I know i may not be able to see anything but the other half does't need to know that

if those pieces are thin metal then thats the reverse lockout spring tab that has snapped off,
IF so fill it and drive!
