Default Earliest arrival award

OK.....if any of you were shooting for the earliest arrival award, give it up. This years award goes to U-928 who managed to arrive exactly 24 hours before the start time

Sorry buddy....couldn't let that one go unrecognized

NNnnnnnnnyyyyyyyyyycie.

Sorry to say I'm still marooned in Virginia. The Tornado warnings are a blast.

I look forward to the pics (hopefully some representation other than black-red-silver (blue, white)!, stories of hijinks, and the next event.

What can I say, I just don't have the years under my belt to be able to arrive at events on time...

....this is not a good indication of my coming years....

Well played Dave, well played. Was nice chatting with you, still wish you'd have put me to work as a sort of punishment.

See ya'll in the morning!

He who arrives first has to buy the beer for his elders. LOL. Nice one Jeremy.

Default Thank You Dave!...and Ed and Michelle.

I just got back from a wonderful day at Dave's house/garage/928 Paradise!
...what a great experience chatting with other guys that appreciate thes unique cars...plus I had a chance to run my car at speed for quite some time.
I thank Ed and Michelle for including me/inviting me and my daughter, Allison, to this gathering of the 'Kings and Queens' of the Porsche world.
I look forward to the next show or rally for 928's.
Who is ever having one...please invie me.
Thanks again,
Billy Frenz

I had a great time at Tass' place. He is a great host, and a great guy. Lots of 928s, and a good time.

Default Thanks Dave

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Dave for hosting this awesome event. More thanks to all the great 928 enthusiasts that I got to meet and share Porsche time with. You Shark guys know how to gather and and throw an awesome party. A wonderful day weather notwithstanding.

As the sole 944 Turbo guy invited at the request of Hemmings Sports & Exotic Car - thanks Carl - I really wanted to let all know how much I appreciated hanging out, viewing lots of cool 928's and enjoying the festivities

Awesome time again in the Wilbraham countryside. Tass, thanks for hosting and your generous hospitality. It was nice to see everyone again, and all of the great machines.

Bummed that I missed this! My parents are visiting and we ended up spending the day with them. Hopefully if Tass puts together a fall event I'll be there.

I'm not seeing enough pictures guys, come on!

Default Thanks for another great turn out !!

As always, it was great to see all of our 928 friends again. Flo and I want to thank everyone for coming out on relatively short notice and in questionable weather. As it turned out the clouds were lingering but we did manage to avoid any rain and even had a reasonable amount of warm sunshine. I would be interested in opinions and comments on the subject of Spring event versus our regular Fall event. Either would probably work for us but I'm not sure our schedule could handle both each year.

Dave LaChance from Hemmings was impressed with the turn out and the enthusiasm shown by our group. Hemmings Sports and Exotic Car has consistently been a champion of the 928. The model seems to appear in every "best of" list they publish. Dave took a lot of pictures and he will calling me for owner contact information on specific cars. I will keep you all posted on any developments regarding a possible magazine entry.

Lastly, who has some pictures !?? Let's see them!
I am trying to compile a collection of pics from this and the last 5 events.....sort of a keepsake for when I'm driving a rocking chair instead of a 928. If any one has any pictures from these events I would love to have them. Beyond the " long line of 928 noses and tails" shots, I would especially appreciate pics of the people and general festivities.

Thanks again everybody,
Tass
