Thanks Dave,
I got your VM re the FP fuse. Will check that out later today.

My dad really enjoyed having you all out at his farm, and also suggested we should do this again!
So it looks like its on. Plus he wants to go to SIH this August.
And now he wants to put NOX on one of his tractors! Wonder who gave him that idea.

Thanks man for being the consummate wrench. You really are a dynamo when it comes to throwing wrenches on these 928s!.

Thanks again Jim, for the hospitality and the space in your Dad's barn. It was a pleasure meeting your dad, mom and brothers. A great time was had by all and I'd like to offer up special thanks to Davek9 and Eric for their valiant effort on my 928. Now I gotta move it again and get the fueling issues resoved.

Does anybody know that friendly guy named Gary, from Swartz Creek? Wine colored '83 5 speed, with modern 5-spokes.
Just curious because Nick saw what we believe was Gary's car on a flatbed. Just wanted to make sure he is alright. Nice guy.

Jim
I'm pretty sure I would have seen Gary if he broke down as I live just west of him. If he took 75 to 69 back home there was no 928 on the side of the road that i saw. Gary also has my number I'm sure he would have called?

Thanks for the kind words, I always say "the student will learn by doing" and now Eric knows how to change Injectors and do fuel lines, right Eric ?

As I was packing up your Dad gave me a nice compliment, he said “some guys bring a bucket of tools and just dump em on the floor”, I think I was a bit more organized, he liked my style and that made my day

Yes, Eric now knows how to do injectors and fuel lines!(Thanks Dave) This was a great event and well attended despite the weather. A very cool barn, too...there's even a shop in the back where guitars are made!

Would definitely do again. Jim, please tell your family thanks from me...I enjoyed meeting all of them.

Hi Jim,

THANKS! Those are great, LOVE the tractor and the "Barn".

Funny, when I first saw you post about the event my mind was still in Zombie land... I was thinking/planning to come to the event as I thought a nice drive up to Richmond to see you guys would be good for me....

...Then the meds started wearing off and I realized the event was in SOUTHERN CANADA, not Richmond :-) I still wanted to come, but I knew I couldn't physically make that far of a trip at that time!!

Fingers crossed for next year.

This pic should be framed and hanging somewhere...you should be VERY proud!!

See ya soon,

Dave

That good stuff, DR!

Here's the real barn... it's restored, but was built in the 1860's or thereabouts.

I suppose it's time to make some room up at the top - unstuck.

Looks like a fun event, maybe next year.....
