Speaking of broken pivots and adjusters which is a huge problem with these.
A few weeks ago we sent out a used lens assembly. Typically we have to rob parts off broken lens to make a good one with all good adjusters and pivots. The customer returned it with all broken parts now on it saying he no longer needs it.
Luckily this rarely happens but when it does my used parts person gets very upset as he takes great pride in his work.
Sad that some stoup to this level.

The last few I've replaced were due to cracked lenses. I carefully disassembled the reflectors and adjusters and kept them. Thos little plastic arms are less than sturdy, to the point where a little aggressive "adjustment" with the screwdriver will snap them. Other folks who are replacing theirs should be sure to carefully capture the surviving pieces.

Mark, if/when you find a deal on the other side, I'll take that one too.

Parts are disappearing from the market faster than I think they should. Gotta grab all I can before the hoarders get there.

Dang it! I was painting my daughter's room today when obviously I should have been on Rennlist. I will make sure my wife hears about this.

Oh well, maybe next time.
