Getting ready to install new ford injectors in my 86, and words of wisdom or tips on the installation.

 

Pretty much the reverse of removal.

Nothing special about the 928 injector job. Just make sure the surfaces are nice and clean and the O-rings are seated properly and evenly before you start tightening things down. If you've done any work on the intake like paint or powdercoat the O-rings might not seat and you'd have leakage at the base.

what injectors did you buy?? the 87 and newer are different than the 86
