Headlight pop up but no light
What do you guys think? Relay? Switch?
Can the relay be open up and clean? or do I need to choke up the big bucks?

get a used relay.
the relay can be opened up as well and clean off all 4 of the contacts inside,
this may buy you some time till it fails again
